Andermatt launches MAQs varroa treatment
Andermatt are excited to be welcoming NOD Apiary products and their innovative varroa treatment MAQS to our bee health portfolio.
Just like Andermatt, NOD (which stands for Nature’s Own Design), looks to nature to help with solutions for pest management.
Using the naturally-occurring active ingredient formic acid, MAQS is a unique treatment that is highly effective against varroa infestation.
MAQs strips
It’s the only varroa treatment that penetrates under the brood cap, getting to the mites where they reproduce. It can also be used during honeyflow.
This collaboration is the beginning of a bright relationship between the two companies with the aim of broadening awareness of NOD and MAQS in the UK beekeeping market.
