Did not work but may have been dead on arrival thanks to Royal Mail

The thrips didn't work at all. It took a very long time for them to arrive. I put them all around my fusias and cut back all of the galls. These thrips did nothing. Perhaps they had died. Fushias still have the Gall Mite & now all of the packets have been ripped from the plants - I assume by foxes trying to eat the contents. I have thrip packets all over the lawn. Very disappointing.

We are very sorry to hear about your poor experience on this occasion. These items are popular with our customers and found to be successful in treating pests. We are always extremely happy to receive an email or phone call from customers if things aren't quite right, so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue for you. We have now contacted you privately via email and hope that all is well. Best wishes, Andermatt UK
